Types of delivery

Shipping costs:

  • DPD courier - PLN 20.50
  • DPD courier cash on delivery - PLN 22.50

Important information:

Delivery of goods takes place in Poland, the United States and Europe.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

If you place an order on Saturday, weekends or public holidays, it will be processed on the first business day after the break.

Orders are processed within 48 hours of order confirmation.

In the case of online payment via PayPal, the order will be processed after receiving confirmation of the funds being credited to the online store's account.

The total order processing time is from 2 to 7 business days.

Returns and complaints

How to return goods to the store:

  1. Please let us know if you would like to make a return
    You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it. Please notify us of your return by email or use our paper return form.
  2. Pack the products you want to return
    Please include the withdrawal form and, optionally, proof of purchase with your return. Please ensure that the products are well protected for transportation.
  3. Send your parcel via Convenient Returns
    Go to the form where you can send your parcel. You'll receive a return code or shipping documents. Drop off your return shipment at a parcel locker or other drop-off point.
  4. Wait for your refund
    We'll refund your money within 14 days. You'll receive your refund using the same payment method you used. For cash on delivery payments, please provide your account number.

Complaints regarding the provision of services electronically
The Customer may submit complaints to the Seller regarding the operation of the Store and the use of the Services. Complaints may be submitted in writing to the following address: ANDRE TAN POLAND, GDAŃSK, ULICA STARA STOCZNIA 12/3 80-862, by email: andretangdansk@gmail.com, by phone: 607414908, or via the contact form.
In the complaint, the Customer should provide his/her name and surname, correspondence address, type and description of the problem.
The Seller undertakes to review each complaint within 14 days of its receipt. If the complaint contains missing information, the Seller will ask the Customer to provide the necessary information within 7 days of the Customer's request.

Guarantees
Goods may have a manufacturer's, seller's or importer's warranty.
In the case of Goods covered by a warranty, information regarding the existence and content of the warranty and its validity period is each time presented in the description of the Goods on the Store's website.
